MultiVersus follows in the footsteps of the recently launched Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl as a new platform fighter following in the Super Smash Bros. formula. Whether these new platforms fighters will be able to eventually loosen Nintendo’s stranglehold on the sub-genre, only time will tell.
MultiVersus will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One in 2022.
